We are inviting a Partner relationship manager to join the team of professionals at InStandart.

We are looking for a proactive person for long-term cooperation who has knowledge and experience in the area of IT, likes to develop themselves, and wants to apply their knowledge of building trusted relationships and managing them with all company's partners.

​Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level (and higher);
  • Experience of managing multiple BPO (business process outsourcing) relationships;
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Ability to properly prioritizing tasks and take initiative
  • Experience in reviewing and negotiating contracts
  • Manage and grow a team of Partners to support the business
  • Experience in working as a Partnership manager or Sales Manager;
  • Experience in negotiation and deal closing;
  • Understanding of product development process;
  • Managing relations with the partner on pre-sale stages;
