Frauders may post fake job ads on other websites and contact candidates with false job opportunities, seeking personal information or money (as a deposit, service charge, or security).

Protect Yourself: DO NOT PROVIDE personal information or documents if you’re uncertain about the legitimacy of a communication and DO NOT PAY any money.

– Authentic Communication: All legitimate communications from InStandart will be conducted from @instandart.com email addresses.

– No Social Media Groups: InStandart does not operate any Facebook or WhatsApp groups.

– Interview Process: Interviews are scheduled and conducted by InStandart personnel using our official email addresses.

– Video and Phone Interviews: Legitimate interviews will be conducted via recognised video conferencing tools or by phone, with video enabled.

– No Sensitive Information Requests: We will never ask for sensitive personal or financial information during the interview process.

– Offer Presentation: Job offers are communicated directly via official email addresses by one of our recruiters.
