React developer

We are looking for a talented React developer with a strong background in working with JavaScript to join the team of professionals at InStandart.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with React;
3+ years of experience with Bootstrap, Material UI;
HTML, CSS and JavaScript, Typescript;
Strong communication skills;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Agile;
Experience with Zustand or Redux;
English level minimum upper- intermediate.

About Project : leading HRM SaaS

Team:
Currently we’re a small team and we’re looking for extra hands (one senior frontend developer) to lead and migrate existing frontend to new technologies – Angular or React together with Bootstrap or Material UI (not decided yet) based on some commercial existing template.
Currently our large parts of the application is written in legacy framework AngularJS + Bootstrap 3, some parts are already in the newest Angular.
Technologies are not decided yet, we’re discussing this internally, since we do have in-house competence in Angular, but React developers seem to be easier to find.
Major parts of the application are based on the old version of AG Grid (https://www.ag-grid.com/) library which we are also looking forward to updating to the newest one.
We are thinking of approx. 6 months contract with possibility to extend. Essential part is development speed, thus we’re looking for very self-going and senior developer with great communication skills. On another hand we could offer great flexibility and freedom in tech decisions. We do expect developer to write high quality, clean and maintainable code covered with unit tests.
